Using a machine with a bearing failure can result in a damaged bearing housing. In some cases, the housing is part of the main machine assembly, which means that replacement is very expensive and considerable  working time is lost.

•     Pre-machine to remove badly damaged material
•     Replace  the damaged metal with in -line welding .
•     Re bore to correct dimensions,
•     Re-fit new bearings
•     Bore sizes 40mm to 180mm.
